About the Role

Kids Bootcamp & Preschool is looking for a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher who enjoys working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, activity-based learning, and helping children develop essential skills through play, exploration, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning sessions for preschool children.
• Engage children through storytelling, art and craft, music, movement, educational games, and hands-on activities.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.
• Prepare classroom materials and organize creative learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Observe children's progress and encourage their curiosity, confidence, creativity, and independence.
• Collaborate with the team to plan classroom activities and special events.
• Communicate professionally with parents and management when required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is an advantage.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• A patient, caring, creative, and responsible attitude.
• Interest in play-based learning, STEAM activities, and early childhood development.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Nice to Have: Content Creation

• Basic video recording and editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and other short-form video formats.
• Confidence in presenting educational activities on camera.
• Creativity in developing engaging video ideas around preschool activities and children's learning.
• Previous experience creating educational or social media content is a plus.
