1. Our Commitment
We operate on the principle of mutual benefit and honesty. We strive to provide the highest quality of education for your children. Should circumstances change, we aim to handle all requests with the integrity and patience encouraged in our faith.
2. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
To ensure fairness to both the institution and the families we serve, our refund structure is as follows:
Full Refund: If a request for cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the start of the bootcamp, a full refund will be processed. This allows us to offer the vacant spot to another child who may be waiting.
Partial Refund: If a request for cancellation is made after the start of the program but within the first 3 days, a 50% refund will be provided. We retain the remaining portion to cover administrative costs and resources already committed to the student.
No Refund: Requests made after the first 3 days of the program cannot be refunded. At this stage, resources, staffing, and materials have been fully allocated for your child’s participation.
Note: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date the refund request is approved. The exact time may vary depending on the payment method
3. Exceptions
We recognize that unexpected life events—such as illness, family emergencies, or financial crises—are beyond our control.
Documented Hardship: In cases of severe personal hardship, please contact our administration directly. We are committed to reviewing these requests on an individual basis with empathy and, where possible, offering a credit toward future programs or a discretionary partial refund.
4. Resolution of Disputes
If a disagreement arises, we invite you to discuss it with us in a spirit of Sulh (reconciliation). Our goal is to reach an amicable agreement that upholds the rights of both the parents and the bootcamp, ensuring no party suffers an unjust loss.
5. Attendance
No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for absences due to illness, travel, personal commitments, or any other reason.
Parents are encouraged to inform the administration if their child will be absent.
6. Camp Cancellation
If the bootcamp is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, parents will be offered either:
1: A full refund, or
2:The option to transfer the payment to a future bootcamp or program.
7. Transfers
Registration may be transferred to another child (of the appropriate age group) before the bootcamp starts, subject to approval and seat availability.
